Kathryn’s duplex is spacious and beautiful. It was bright and sunny and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor patio off the kitchen. It met our needs perfectly as a family traveling with our dog. The kitchen was well supplied and we cooked most of our meals due to the Covid pandemic. The laundry facility in the basement was very handy. Grocery shopping is nearby and convenient. The location is amazing. We walked all over the neighborhood and especially enjoyed our walks around the lake. It’s a lovely traditional home in a great neighborhood!
