We prefer quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am Sunday to Thursday and 11 pm to 8 am on holidays and weekends. Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis after a conversation. Our pet fee is an additional non-refundable $100 for stays under one week, $200 for stays over one week, but under one month, and $300 for stays over one month. If you desire frequent cleaning services during your stay it is $200 per full cleaning, it takes two people three hours per cleaning. Full cleaning is required once per month on extended stays and not included in the initial quote. A payment request adjustment will be sent prior to your stay.
From the outside, this property looks like one beautiful historic mansion but it was built and is maintained as, two separate 2 bed/1 bath units that have almost identical layouts. This listing is for Flat #1 on the first floor. Flat #2 is also for rent, which means a party of 8 max could rent both units. These flats are meticulously maintained and truly one of the nicest rentals in Historic Lowry Hill. We are fully licensed as a rental, have insurance, and regularly get inspected.
Guest access
For guests with cars, there is free street parking directly in front of the house in addition to a two-car attached garage (with one space available for your use per flat). There is a set of stairs from the basement to the first-floor flat. You will have full access to the entire unit you rent plus a shared laundry room. The third floor 1bed/1bath unit and additional basement rooms are off-limits and reserved for owners' use and storage.

A dog and cat live on this property when it is not otherwise rented. Before guests come (and every week) the house is professionally deep cleaned and you would never know animals live here, however, if you are extremely sensitive to dogs or cats I would not recommend this house.
